Hey guys i have a problem, A client has not files his annual return since 1999, his is a pvt ltd company in maharashtra.
The problem we now face is that some of the audit report dates are of october which does not fulfill the criteria of having AGM withing 6 months ie september and its mandatory to approve the report in AGM..

Dear Sir(s),
I want to know that, whether it is mandatory for an organisation to cover ESI if the organisation has a suitable & best mediclaim insurance policy /group accident policy for it's employees. All the employees are regulary taking benefits from mediclaim / group accident scheme.
Secondly, not a single employee from the date of ESI coverage either has gone to ESI dispensary or, take any ESI benefit.
The company is regularly / timely depositing the ESI dues/returns etc.
Kindly let me intimate if there is any rullings/ provisions to avoid ESI permanently.
