1.What is "Special Bank Notes" and "Special One Rupee Note" under Sec 28A of RBI Act,1934 as specified in Indian currency u/s 2(q)of FEMA.

2. Who are the "Authorized Persons" referred in sections 10&12 of FEMA. plz specify some of them with names.

GIFT DEED

DEAR SIR, I HAVE ONE QUERY ABOUT GIFT DEED. IS IT NECESSORY TO REGISTER GIFT DEED OR NOT? IF YES TO WHOM WE SHOULD REGISTER & FORMALITIES TO BE COMPLETED?
SECONDLY IF WE TRANSFER SHARE IN PROPERTY THROUGH GIFT DEED, THEN WHAT WILL BE STAMP DUTY PAYABLE?

House Property

If the property is in the name of two person i.e Father and son. And at the time of sale of the property, can the cheque be received only in the first name or it has to be propotionate to the purchase price accounted in the books and the capital gain will be worked accordingly.

I have few Q on chatitable trusts:

Q1 : creating a charitable trust with immovable property as corpus - does it requires registration ?

Q2: can a charitable trust act as a settlor of a charitable trust ?

Q3: if registration is not mandatory - the effect on title ?
