What will be the status of HUF account on the death of KARTA. Other co-parceners are willing to continue existing account by designating Senior Most male member as KARTA?

1.Is it permitted. Existing a/c can be continues with new KARTA?
OR
2. a new a/c is to required to be opened.

What will be the treatement of HUF account on the death of KARTA.If other Co-parcners are will to continue the existing account.

1. Existnig account can be continued with Senior most male co-parcner be designated as KARTA.

2. Existnig account to to be closed and a new account is to be opened.

Pls.update me on the following:

1: If Maximum Retail Price is revised upwards or downwards,who is responsible as per the Indian Weights and Measurement Act to change the revised MRP in the packs or cartons.Is it the manufacturer or the distributor?

2. If the distributor sells the goods after the price revision,with the old MRP in the packs,at what rate has he to sell?Is it on the NEW MRP or OLD MRP?

My client have formed a HUF but no agreement of deed is made by him in regard to such formation, now how should such agreement be made?? Please help me out with format of forming such HUF agreement.

If the property is in the name of two person i.e Father and son. And at the time of sale of the property, can the cheque be received only in the first name or it has to be propotionate to the purchase price accounted in the books and the capital gain will be worked accordingly.
