I Have purchased some goods from an Indian Vendor but he has billed me in USD and i have also Paid him in USD.

I want to ask that in purchase Entry at What rate of USD i will record the Purchase Transactions??

A lady has lost eyesight and is also not able to walk. She wants to purchase a flat in her name.

a) Can she buy the Flat in her own name and sign the sale deed through her daughter by appointing her daughter as her Special Attorney for the purpose of signing sale deed of the Flat on her behalf.

b) If so, what exact procedure she should adopt to appoint her daughter as Special Power of Attorney to sign sale deed on her behalf because she her self cannot see and as well as walk.

A Proprietorship firm (Located in M.P ) that does data processing job & provdes online services only and has 35 Employees working for it. Is it required to by law to register under PF & ESIC Act?

I want to know maximum permissible Commission amount which can be paid to a person outside India, who is arranging export sales order

Person outside India mentions his commission amount in purchase order

Sometimes mentioned commission amount is more than our actual selling price of product

Please suggest us maximum permissible amount of export commission so that we can proceed for accepting purchase orders for export

Our one of the sister concern companies ROC return is pending for last 5 years. I wanted to know how to calculate the late filling fees with actual fees. Kindly provide me the details that how much fees has to be paid for each form.
