If A Co. with help of B company is providing services to C company and C is billing in favour of A waht should be done By BCo. to secure his interest against services rendered through A Co.
1. Should B enter into agreement with A fixing terms and conditions of payment.
2. Should they sign MOU

If theer is any other way out please suggest the same eith clarification.

I'm working for educational institutions ( Nursery to Class X)...Its was assumed by Managemnt that ESI is note applicable to Educational Insttitutions..

due to that company is not deducted ESI for some locations( We have 5 location in banglore)
Now what is the options to open to comapny ..

Please let me know the PF liability on Conveyance & Special allowance. One of the PF Enforcement officer is quoting that except HRA all other components of Salary structure like Basic,Conveyance and any other retaining allowances (Special and other allowances) will be considered for PF calculation.
