If A Co. with help of B company is providing services to C company and C is billing in favour of A waht should be done By BCo. to secure his interest against services rendered through A Co.
1. Should B enter into agreement with A fixing terms and conditions of payment.
2. Should they sign MOU
If theer is any other way out please suggest the same eith clarification.

Please excuse me. Why C company is billing? A company being service provider should raise bill on C company.Please clarify.
