The firm has registered in Jan.2012.
Till now they did not file any returns at all.
In the month of Oct,2012 One of the partner has been removed.
Is their any need for fresh registration of partnership deed.

Dear Sir,
We have a flat in Mumbai where I am the Co-owner while my younger brother is the Primary owner. Now we want to mutually transfer this flat in our Mothers name. Kindly let us know what is the procedure for the same and what will be Tax implication, Stamp Duty, Registration costs involved if any in this situation.

If a persons fixed gross salary exceeds 15000 but in one particular month his gross falls below 15000 due to absenteeism but that employee has worked in that month for more than 10 days....then should we deduct esi for that particular month???
