Wheather a agreement is enforcable by law if date of frankinfg is after date of agreement and same is signed by parties afterwards. Say , Date Of Franking : 18.10.13 Date Of Agreement : 10.10.13. In my opinion , franking date should be before date of agreement. Because document can be said as an enforcable agreement only after franking
