16 December 2013 Can we get the Board approval of the financials on 29th of September and get the AGM Held on 30th of September.If Yes please do mention the section to refer for details and the compliance procedures

16 December 2013 No you can not have the same date for approval of account.

After approval of financials it will be send to the shareholder with notice of AGM as per section 166 to 171 of the Companies Act, 1956.

There after it will be placed on AGM.
