Hi,

Can anyone let me know if I am eleigible to get gratuity under following circumstances.

Date of Joining - 12-07-2010
Last Workig Day after Resignation - 31-01-2015

I have a balance earlned leave of ~50 days. Will that be considered for the purpose of calulation of tenure of service for gratuity entitlement.

Could you also share with me the section of the act for reference purpose.

With reference to the Notification of MCA Dated 16 Jan regarding Companies (Account) Rules, 2014 "Notice of Address at which books of accounts are maintained"- Form AOC-5, whether this form is to be filled for every financial year (refer section 128 of Companies Act, 2013) or its a one time formality? If a company has already filled the form as per companies act 1956 whether it is required to file again as per companies act 2013? Please clarufy

How to appoint new auditors on agm? Retiring auditors want to resign from the statuory auditors of the Company, he had sign the balance sheet of March, 2014 but does not want to continue his post. So how can i appoint new auditor on agm ?
