There are four directors in a Pvt ltd compay . Last AGM was held in 2010. Company is still carrying on business.
Please inform the consequences in relation to
1. Company still carrying on business – is it legal?
And explain the position with respect to
2.Validity of functioning of directors
3.Appointment of auditors
4.Filing of forms/returns
5.Fines and penalties and
last but not least
6.Remedial measures

Yes, The legality is not wiped out
the company is still a legal entity and can do business operations
however, you have to file all the annual returns of the company at their respective back dates and have to pay additional fees which may vary on the authorized capital of the company
