What is the time limit for appointing Company Secretary in a private limited company whose paid up share capital is Rs. 5 crore as per the notification no. G.S.R. 390(E) dated 9 June 2014 ? Is there any other way to skip the compliance?

My father has taken a business loan 7 years ago; he paid 7 EMI's but after that he failed due to loss in business and also for his illness. He does not have any property and now he has not any source of income. The loan has file a case against him. Now I want to know what may the outcome of the case. Does my father has to go jail or does they will excuse. Please let me know, please .

Can you please suggest that if i am taking residual value of asset at 0%, then whether i should give justification for that. because as per Company Act 2013, Justification required if res. value is different from Act, but in the Act it is mention that % shall not be more than 5%, so 0% is also not more than 5%. so as per my view, no justification required

Plz Explain???
