well my companyy has given a interest free loan to other companies in the year 2011 .after that there is no add on to the loaned amount .
but as per sec 186 of new act there is a provision regarding interest on such inter corporate loans which was not there in earlier act ...
so does the new provision of interest applies to existing loans ?????
If a contractor is having 7 employees against a certain contract with PSU, is he liable to deduct EPF against the 7 employees as per PF act.
The numbers of employee is below the minimum requirement as per PF act. However, PSU is not releasing bills as EPF not deposited for mentioned 7 employees.

I have to appoint a director in a company. But I have already appointed a director in that company on 29/05/2015.
According to Law minimum 90 days gap is required between two Board Meetings.
Is any solution to appoint the next director? I need to appoint that director now. I can't wait for 90 days.
