Is it necessary for listed companies to publish in newspapers quarterly consolidated financial results?? If company just publishes stand alone results in newspapers quarterly and at year end it publishes consolidated financial results will it be fine??

As per SEBI guidelines, IT Act Public limited, listed companies need to give details financials results every quarter. That give a clear picture to all the shareholders about the happening of the company and also prepare for the AGM that is held 1 time in a year.

I am saying, It is necessary as per clause 41 of listing agreement to publish consolidated results quaterly, stand alone if published in newspaper would be ok ?

Consolidated results has to be published compulsorily with stand alone details like turnover, PBT and PAT given as foot note.
