Hi i want to ask what is the diffcilty or what is the problem if we give our premise on rent to one person for more than 10years?what is the problrem faced by person to whom we have given if he changes to another name?can u provide for many years lease agreement should be done?

contribution in huf can be done by members only or anyone(like friends, cousine) can also contribute..

my client is a partnership firm. the firm held ag. land only. There werer no business since last 25 yrs. Now all the partners want to sale the ag land which was in the name of firm in govt. records. I want to know whether all the partner can sold the ag land. They are ready to pay Capital Gain Tax on behalf of the firm .

My Friend and his family is leaving in a building and that has ownership by his grand grand father.

Nw after their grand grand father death, the property are lying with his grand father only...his grand father are 3 brother....

My friend's grand father is living alone in that property for last 30 years and renovated it and made many improvements.

Since now the market value of that property is more than 1 crore.

Nw all of My Friend's Grand Father Brother wants to divide and want their ratio in that property,

We are a company at Bangalore & Have a branch in Hyderabad.
Recently we paid year PT of Rs 2500 at Bangalore.
My Question is is there any Law saying we need to pay yearly PT for Branch also in Hyderabad?
Also please confirm whether we need to pay year PT in Hyderabad for All the directors of the company who sits in Bangalore?
