We have a flat in Mumbai where I am the Co-owner while my younger brother is the Primary owner. Now we want to mutually transfer this flat in our Mothers name. Kindly let us know what is the procedure for the same and what will be Tax implication, Stamp Duty, Registration costs involved if any in this situation.

Director of A private company had died on 06-04-2010, and operation of company breaked.The co. has not filled any Return with ROC now Nov. 2012 Co. has only one director and want to Winding up of co. What procedure to be followed for Appointment of director and transmission of shares and Winding up of Company???????/

I have filed the form 23B for auditor appointment by mistake another audit firm who have partnerin the audit firm and also director in the company.Mca have send the mail for acceptance How to rectify this. what is the procedue. please urgently

i have taken full time cop and i want to convert into part time as i am going into employment,

i know that i cannot attest but i can give consultancy, so for giving consultancy can i issue a bill for such services in my firm name.

If a persons fixed gross salary exceeds 15000 but in one particular month his gross falls below 15000 due to absenteeism but that employee has worked in that month for more than 10 days....then should we deduct esi for that particular month???
