I want to know whether it is possible to expell a partner from the partnership with the consent of other partners on grounds of misconduct?
actually the partnership is not registered under Partnership Act,1932 but notaraized by notary.

for this you have to consider your PARTNERSHIP DEED
or you need to reconstitute your partnership firm by making that partner retired
or you need to reconstitute your partnership firm by making that partner retired
