Please guide me regarding Tax implications of Service Fee received by a IT service provider to a foreign client as service fess received in Tether (USDt) via wazirX.

Mr A has booked flat in name of his mother under ongoing scheme . Flat registraion and stamp duty paid in 2018. Now A wish to avail housing loan . Housing company says if MR A name is added as second owner , they will not face any legal issue
. Sir what will be the cost of addition . Whether Mr A has to pay again the cost of stampduty and registration fee ? Is their concession in adding name of family members . Cost of project is 65 L and still date 30 L is paid ( including reg. Fee , stampduty , GST ) . Please guide which is chepeast and easy way of addition of name.

Our unit had a loss in 19-20 but profit in 17-18 and 18-19. So for CSR if we calculate based on average profit of 3 years there is profit and 2% of that amt was arrived at for CSR spend in 20-21.
Is the calculation and understanding correct . Kindly advise if in the immediately preceding financial year if there is a loss then should we decide not to do any CSR

We are having one residential house at Jalgaon District of Maharashtra . My brother is one of legal heir of that property. Brother expired leaving wife, son and daughter.

All the three legal heirs wish to relinquishment of their property rights , so that the other two legal heirs can sold the property. They are living at Mumbai and do not wish to add their name in property.

Normally first their name is required to add in property by submitting death certificate, then they can give Power of Attorney. But somebody told me that , they can relinquishment their rights , so that we other two legal heirs can sold the house.
if this not possible, whether son and daughter can forgive their rights so that only their mother name will be added to the property.

I wish to guide , what is the best possible procedure, which they can do from Mumbai and without visiting to Jalgaon .

As mentioned in my previous query, we are providing payroll services to our client who is Distributor of Electrical goods.

Since from the commencement of this payroll services employees are not registered under ESI & PF act (for the employees to whom we are processing payroll)

My question is who will be held responsible for this compliance issue, principal employer or Vendor?

If a partner retires then
1. a new partnership deed is to be made stating retirement of partner?
2.does a partner need to give any resignation letter to its firm. ?
3. can anyone provide me format.

My company has not deposited the july month PF & ESI..so i want to know the practical steps to file The monthly PF-ECR & ESI-Return with interest..?
and 7Q and 14B which are showing on portal are not showing july month interest and damage charges till this date so how to fix this problem..and same problem on esi portal please suggest practical steps of portal step wise.
