i have changed my company name to DL exports and imports on 16th sep 2013.on 20.rs stamp paper, under sec 59 of Indian partnership act 1932. with same firm reg number. pan is allotted on same previous number. vat/cst cancelled due to nil business from march 2012. new vat/cst issued on new name.
govt bankers are denying to open current a/c
in bank, they are asking for firm registration certificate on new name. firm registrar people are saying that one firm certificate will be only issued not on new name. DGFT people also denying to modify the new name.
what i have to do now. all procedures done by consultant.

HE HAS RAISED BILL OF RS.320000 PLUS SERCVICE TAX@12.36% I.E SAY 360000.

BUT.... CUSTEMER HAS DEDUCTED TDS@2% AND ESIC@6.5%
I UNDERSTOOD ABOUT TDS....
BUT WHY HE HAS DEDUCTED ESIC@6.5% ?
IT IS APPLICABLE ONLY LABORS USED ARE 10 OR MORE...
IN MY CASE IT IS NOT APPLICABLE.......

I had obtain the name approval on 23/10/2013 whether company should be get certificate of incorporation before 22/12/2013 (i,e sixty days from Name approval Letter) or The Company can just upload the Forms 1,32 & 18 before 22/12/2013 is en half or to get certificate of incorporation itself before 22/12/2013 and as per Section 67 (addendum) how many times a person is allowed to resubmit the forms.

Hi,Facts of the case:
Im an Indian citizen and want to buy a flat at Bangalore from an NRI - green card holder residing at U.S. He wants to register this property through a power of attorney to his mother. In this connection i want to know:
(i) do i have to take any permission or approval from RBI or under the FEMA Act 1999 for remmitting the purchase consideration to his account?
(ii) What procedure seller- NRI has to follow while executing the power of attorney
