this is regarding my termination from my company after giving resignation to them.
Also in the settlement they have deducted the three month notice period salary but as per the appointment letter if company itself terminate the employee than company has to pay one month salary to the employee or one month notice.

can anyone suggest what the best i can do, if comany will provide me the relieving letter than also i agree to pay the notice pay to them, so please suggest.

Giving cash on credit card

I am a grocery shop owner people come at my shop and ask to swap credit card and give them cash. And I charge them say 6% for doing this.
Foe example one swap credit card for rs.5000 i pay him rs.4700 and i get 300 rs as my income.

My queries are:
1) Is this is legal??
2) What tax I need to pay? Need to pay on swapped amount(5000) or the amount which I earn(300)?

Please let me know ASAP.

is it true that according to latest notification by icai IPCC course for Nov 2014 will be as per companies act 2014 with relevance to all course subjects.

Sir, Company law ka complete syllabus change ho gaya hai for Ipcc because of company law 2013 k introduce hone se ?? Means old syllabus company law 1956 is useless ??

Sec 295 urgent query

it says that sec 295 doesnt't apply if the loan is given by a public co to another public co. But than it says that it applies if loan is given by a public co to a body corporate of which not less than 25% of the voting power is exercised by such director.

my question is that does the definition of body corporate includes "public co." too?

i am a employee in a pvt.ltd.compnay .
i am received a amount in advance against my salary .now compnay,s running financial year is close.
compnay pay me my annual benefits(bonus,cl/pl & medical) after deducting balance advance amount.
compnay decision is right or wrong as per labour law .
