About huf

hello... sir i want to know about the status of HUF.. if the HUF consist of only Karta(father), wife and his two daughters.
what would be the status of Huf on Death of Karta?? Can his daughter be appointed as karta As per Sec6 Of Hindu succession Act, 2005, being a coparcener.??? Or his wife can act as Karta??

Legal opinion

Dear Sir/Madam,
My friend want to buy a old flat. The flat owner is now working in Dubai. He is unable to come to India all the time to collect the flat amount. Therefore he suggested me to appointing his wife (Staying in India) to collect the amount of flat. He will available only for Registration after receiving full amount.

My question is which procedure to follow to complete this work.

i want to know about new companies act 2013

this is regarding my termination from my company after giving resignation to them.
Also in the settlement they have deducted the three month notice period salary but as per the appointment letter if company itself terminate the employee than company has to pay one month salary to the employee or one month notice.

can anyone suggest what the best i can do, if comany will provide me the relieving letter than also i agree to pay the notice pay to them, so please suggest.

Giving cash on credit card

I am a grocery shop owner people come at my shop and ask to swap credit card and give them cash. And I charge them say 6% for doing this.
Foe example one swap credit card for rs.5000 i pay him rs.4700 and i get 300 rs as my income.

My queries are:
1) Is this is legal??
2) What tax I need to pay? Need to pay on swapped amount(5000) or the amount which I earn(300)?

Please let me know ASAP.
