Company act 2013.

Can anyone provide me the a brief write up or some ppt on new companies act 2013. as i am totally unaware of the changes.

New depreciation rates as per companies act, 2013

Hi,
I wanted a comparison between Depreciation Rates under Companies Act, 1956 and Companies Act, 2013.

Can anybody provide me the same. Kindly help.

I'm going to write IPCC in Nov 2014. what are differences between Co's act 1956 and 2013???? how to prepare for it if have the old book???? pls advice me in this regard sir......

If any unsecured loan shown in the books of a/c of pvt co. on 31.3.2014 which was taken from another pvt.ltd Co. and one of the director of both company is same then is it considered in deposite to file dpt 4 or not considered as deposit for form dpt-4
