As per Section 14(1) of companies act 2013 for the said conversion approval of National Company Law Tribunal is required.

I want to know that what will be process to take approval and in which form approval needed to be taken.

the pawner (65yr old) has left the family from last 7yrs. the pawnee(bank) is not issuing the property documents to the pawnor's family members whereas the loan against the said property has been settled by them. hello... sir i want to know about the status of HUF.. if the HUF consist of only Karta(father), wife and his two daughters.
what would be the status of Huf on Death of Karta?? Can his daughter be appointed as karta As per Sec6 Of Hindu succession Act, 2005, being a coparcener.??? Or his wife can act as Karta??
