If any unsecured loan shown in the books of a/c of pvt co. on 31.3.2014 which was taken from another pvt.ltd Co. and one of the director of both company is same then is it considered in deposite to file dpt 4 or not considered as deposit for form dpt-4

It is not deposit. DPT-4 is not required.

No..since Deposit Rules are not applicable on loan taken by a company from any other company.
