Can a Company post its annual report any city other than the city in which the register office is located ??

Is DIR 11 needed to be filed by a director of a pvt ltd company & what are the consequences for non filing of DIR 11?

Is form MGT 14 needed to filed for appointment & resignation of a director in a pvt ltd company?

If there are two directors in a pvt ltd company & we want to resign one director & appoint another director, can we file one DIR 12 or do we need to file separate DIR 12?

Dear all,
While filling up the form MGT-14 for disclosure interest of directors, Practicing professional section is not working to fill. Any how the form is successfully prescrutinised, but while uploading the following error is showing.

"signature validation failed for signature field for Director/Liquidator/Managing Director/Secretary. The person is not authorised to sign in this field".
But we used right person's DSC to sign.

If anybody has idea in this regard share the same.

company onle can make statutory audit and tax Tax audit.
other than company can make tax audit only.
