Can a Company post its annual report any city other than the city in which the register office is located ??

I am not ablr to understand your query. Kindly explainn what do you mean by posting of annual report.
If you are talking about usage of postal department for the purpose of sending annual report, then it is possible according to me.
You can send your annual report from a different city. However you hv to meet the statutory time lines.

I mean to say that the registered office is situated at Mumbai and I would like to send our A/Report from any city other than Mumbai. Will it be possible ???

Yes Aditya it is possible according to me. But you have to ensure time lines for sending notice to shareholders.
