Can a company in china use the same domain name on internet as one of the indian exporter . As the exporter of india is using the the same name everywhere (world wide) for its business and infact the domain name is same as the company name. So kindly please guide me if the exporter have any way out to safeguard the domain name from that Chinese company.If possible also please suggest the course of action to be taken by the exporter of india.

i am giving executive exam on dec 2014 ..n i am really confused regarding modules of law...icsi has uploaded new module with amendment of company law 2013... so form which module i should study??? the one which was supplied to me during admission or the one which is uploaded on icsi site

First of all Happy Independence day to all the members.

we are running a tiffin centre at our home where we used to serve food to limited people (max. 15 person).
Now my question is do we need to to register it under shop & establishment act , i am a sole propriter and none of the workers have been appointed except maid for cleaning & washing utensils ?
if yes then is any written deed to be made for sole propriter like partnership deed for partnership business for submission to the local labour commission office.

sir I would like to enquire that if there are any ammendments in the chapters like Bonus Act,Gratuity ,Negotiable Instruments Act ,EPF, Contract Act respectively.(Apart from Companies Act).

I heard that there are few new provisions of companies act pplicable to nov 14 term ..but how to study them?which book to refer? Am very confused about law..plz suggest how to study the subject? :(
