whether there is any principle as to marks allotted and the quantum of answer to be written, Eg: for 4 marks question -1.5 pages and for 6 marks questions- 2 pages ?

whether the provisions of sole selling agent as per companies act 1956 is still applicable? because companies act 2013 is silent as to it?

Good Afternoon experts I need your help in following matters. I want to change my exam center . is there my format? and application to whom?

I started my Articleship from 10.04.2014. It is due to be completed on 10.04.2017. In this case my attempt id due in November, 2016. But I have taken excess leaves (approximately 4 months)in my very first firm then I got a transfer from that firm. Now please tell me if my exam gets postponed or not since 2.5 years of articleship would not be deemed to be completed for November 2016 attempt.

can anyone plz tell me how to apply for IAS or IPS exams and the date for online submission of form for this..

My CA final attempt is November 2016 and i have completed my 2 years and 1 month articleship training plus 1 month overtime. My CA has said me either to drop the attempt or to take the leave of 3 months. According to his calculation i am eligible for availing leave of 5 months but he is not giving me leave because of audit work in office in september.

Please do the needful.

Hello friends, i have already cleared my CA final grp 2 & exams for grp 1 is due in may 2016 ( just 1.5 months away). but i have not studied for grp 1 yet.. so my ques is should i go for exemption in sfm & law or should i skip this may attempt & prepare properly for nov 2016.

Kindly clarify whether same book can be used in May 2016 attempt or should i purchased new books.
