14 March 2016 I started my Articleship from 10.04.2014. It is due to be completed on 10.04.2017. In this case my attempt id due in November, 2016. But I have taken excess leaves (approximately 4 months)in my very first firm then I got a transfer from that firm. Now please tell me if my exam gets postponed or not since 2.5 years of articleship would not be deemed to be completed for November 2016 attempt.

14 March 2016 Your exam attempt will be only on May 2017 due to excess leave and you are not eligible for NOV2016 exam

14 March 2016 Can't we compensate the leaves by extending the Articleship? I don't want to delay my attempt :( Is there any option?

14 March 2016 Not possible,,,when you extend articles it means your date of completion of articles extending which delays completion of 2.5 years of articles

If you dont want to delay articles request your boss to certify that you dont have excess leave in service certificate and convince him that you will do excess period of articles also out of paper
