Dear sir,
My CA final attempt is November 2016 and i have completed my 2 years and 1 month articleship training plus 1 month overtime. My CA has said me either to drop the attempt or to take the leave of 3 months. According to his calculation i am eligible for availing leave of 5 months but he is not giving me leave because of audit work in office in september.
Please do the needful.

Allowing leave is completely at the decision of employer you need to convince him
