Hello everybody . Its just one month left for my CS Executive attempt new syllabus for 1st module . Due to some reasons I could not manage my studies in the past one month or so . Please suggest me how am I supposed to study to clear my exams ? Is scanner and sangeet kedia books sufficient ?

Paper attempting doubt

I had registered for appearing both the groups....But now I want to appear only first 5 papers i.e.group 1 and 1st paper of group 2... If I got cleared in group 1 and got exemption in 1st paper of group 2 then would I need to appear all paper including 1st paper of group 2??

Assessment query. urgent

sec 150 overrides sec 149. So can subsequent decisions of supreme court can form the basis of reopening of assessment under sec 148 beyond 4 years even if earlier assessment was made under sec 143(3) or 147 and assessee made full n true disclosure???
