i am in a great dilemma,whether to go for both groups or single one,i haven't started preparing much...my attempt is may 14...please help me out of my dilemma

May is still far. You should go for both the groups in any case. appearing for both groups help you getting inter-group set-offs.
In case you at a later stage you find yourself unprepared for both groups, you would still be able to go for exemptions.
