can a student who holds a undergraduation degree from any UK university be eligible to appear for IPCC exams....or he will need any Indian undergraduate degree...??.

What should i say to myself when i fail in ca ipcc exam.. In exact words what should i do then.. This was my first ca ipcc attempt ie may 14 and i am getting a feeling that i might not make it..i gave only group 1... Now i am taking group2 coachings and i am regular with my group 2... I want to give group 2 and will definitely give group 2 in nov 14 but if i fail in ca ipcc may 14 should i give group 2 only or both.. I haven't studied group 1 subject after my exams.. How to cope with negative result in exam which may come in a week or so

Please help me....and give suggestions for preparing law and audit in bestiest way.

I have reference book for IDT which is covered amendment by the finance Act, 2013 and other amendment up-to 31st Oct, 2013. This book also covered FTP new chapter which is included in new syllabus. There is any other Difference in old vs new other than Weight-age of chapter.?
