can a student who holds a undergraduation degree from any UK university be eligible to appear for IPCC exams....or he will need any Indian undergraduate degree...??.

If you holds a degree like OUR HRD MINISTER HOLDS OF YALE UNIVERSITY, you will not be eligible.
