I am Cs final Student (Old Syllabus). Can any one guide me on
1) How to Prepare for Companies Act 1956/2013? Confused that how many question come from CA 2013 & 1956.

2) Need Direct & Indirect Amendments

3) Is there any Subject in CR?

If I claim exemption in one subject.. will I be eligible to take the both group setoff benefit in the next attempt? Getting mixed responses. Please help.

hii plz help me frnds .. my articleship will b completing on 19.08.2014 and frm 12.08.2014 exam form will be available so what shall I fill in the exam form whether I m in 6 mnth training or my articleship cmpltd bt if I fill that my articleship cmpltd then I hav to submit xerox of articleship compltion letter along with exam form which I will b not be having as my articleship will b completing on 19.08.14... plz suggest what shall I do...

hello Everyone

I am ca final student. i failed 4th time this attempt. my Marks are in the range of 175-180 in both groups every time.
My big problem is ISCA. I cannot score even above 32 in any attempt in this paper. IN this situation what should i do . I quit and do job on concentrate only on single group.
