I want to ask that my CS professional(old syllabus) attempt is in Dec 2014, and also my CA Final attempt is in May 2015, therefore it is beneficial for me to give all 4 modules in dec 2014?

I was prepared for the november 2014 IPCC exam. I originally planned to appear for the both groups. But now iam well confident in first group only. I have the dream to pass both group in first attempt. If i iam writing in may 2015 iam confident that i can pass both group with high marks. Iam tottally confused now. Pleae advise me on ,Wheteher i appear for first group in november 2014 or for both groups in may 2015? and the amendements in may 2015 will affect me?..

There are any amendments in auditing of ipce for november 2014? Some are saying companies act '13 is not applicable for ipce auditing subject. Is that true?

Exemption can be carryforward for how many attempts in icwa final .if exemption got before Dec 2012.
