is company act 2013 applicable for nov 2014 ipcc exams? if applicable how many sections are applicable??

for company law 1956 have huge syllabus compared than company act 2014.

i have small doubt,
for examination purpose the remaining topics in companies act 1956 are applicable or only discussed topics in 2014 act applicable.

Experts are requested to inform me whether Dec.14 CS Professional Old Syllabus Program shall include questions from Companies Act, 1956 or Companies Act, 2013. I have read ICSI notification regarding applicability of New Companies Act. However, the notification is silent about old CS professional course and the subjects mentioned in the said notification are of new syllabus. Kindly provide the necessary information. Lots of thanks in advance.

Sir, i have to give 4th attempt of ipce group2 in this november.
I am not able to get aggregate and always failing in advanced accounting. I am from science background and poor in accounts. For previous attempt i did study material,practice manual but could get only 40 marks
I have to do self study as i cannot get leave from office
I qualified group 1 in first attempt and secured 47 marks in accounts..
Please give me some tips to clear advanced accounting

I did not clear in my first attempt IPC May 2014. I want to give my second attempt in May2015. What is the change in syllabus? What are the new books I will need?
