I want to ask that my CS professional(old syllabus) attempt is in Dec 2014, and also my CA Final attempt is in May 2015, therefore it is beneficial for me to give all 4 modules in dec 2014?

Yes. It is advisable to appear for all four Modules of CS Professional. This way you will also get the benefits of inter group mark setoff, if required.
