I have previous syllabus books (2014).which subjects are changed for the attempt in may2015.

Hi, I attempted ipcc gr1 twice but both times I flunked miserably specially cost fm (I scored jus around 30.) plz assist me..(how to study, from where to study )I intend appearing for May 15 exam.

I want to ask two things, there are two options for registration for IPCC examinations, one is with Articles and the other is without Articles.
What is the difference between these two?
What are the fees for the same?

because of introduction of companies act 2013, what chapters of audit have changed... only company audit, company accounts, audit report??? or there is change in other chapters and SA's also??? please advice as i have june 14 books (without companies act 2013)....
