Due to massive earthquake in nepal and different states of india like bihar, west bengal,etc. students are facing very hard times. Those nepalese who are studying in india are mentally frustated as they keep themselves updated abt their family's condition in nepal and evry half an hour go through internet and check current news. Those in affected areas are struggling for life and those in safe places are worrying abt their close ones. Will ICAI not take this matter seriously and not extend exam by showing its mercy to its candidates? Exam is nothing compared to life. Every1 share ur views regarding current senario in nepal and india and may 15 exam.

is it necessary to give all 4 papers together of group 1 ipc in a single attempty or we can give any single paper at an attempt of our choice and attempting next 3 paper in next separate attempts. for example can I give only accounts paper in Nov 2015 attempt and next 3paper of taxation, financial management and cost accounts, business law ethics communication in next may 2016 attempt or I have to necessarily (or optionally can) give all the 4 paper in Nov. I am asking this as someone told me about some sort of exemptions.

hi sir/madam. can group 1 marks of icwa inter be carry forward to group 2 under the new syllabus 2012? suppose if a student gets 220 in group 1 and 180 in group 2, will he be declared pass? or whether marks for each group will be reckoned separately?

hi.. I have completed my b.com and planning to appear for IPCC exam. I have gone through the procedure from the icai website but I am not clear with the 9 months of practical training and 8 months of study course. As far as I know 9 months is a training under a CA firm but what is "8 months study course"?? According to my knowledge:- 1) ITT and orientation to be done on one registered centre. 2) articleship can be done anywhere in India under a CA firm. 3) is the 8 months study course a compulaory coaching . pls correct me if I'm mistaken. provide my detail information. thank you
