Why was Sahara group denied access to public deposits by RBI. in 2008 ? i guess the reason for this present Case goes to 2008. What happened at that time which i dont know and so i am not able to figure out the problem. Sir actually i have open a new HUF firm and i am karta of my HUF, Further I have allready propreiter of another firm now i want close my proprietership firm and transfer all stock and capital into my HUF firm.
