Dear Concern, My grand mother is helding physical shares of ITC since 1988 and till date several bonus & split happened and we have received the same. My granny is not having demat account and neither she is having pancard, is it possible to transfer shares in my name, if yes then what will be the tax liabilities.

What will be the impact on career to work as an equity advisor ?

A resident indian has to subscribe for the shares in the unlisted company in UK. He will be one of the Director/ promoter of the said company. Do we need to get prior approval from RBI. Kindly let me know the procedure involved in this transaction.

A Japanese Entrepreneur ( Main promoters) wants to incorporate a company in India for import of Japanese products and sell the same in India with other Japanese colleagues and Indian friends. The proposed equity contribution would be as under:

Main promoters- 76 % of total share
Other Japanese Colleague- 8% of total share

I am doing my CA article ship training 2nd year. I want to open a DEMAT a/c and start trading in stock market. But some of my friends told me that CA articleship students are not allowed to do stock trading, as it will leads to cancelation of articleship period completed till now.
