Consequent to name change - effect of share certificates

04 December 2014 Company name was changed effective 03-12-2014. Are we required to change the name in all the share certificate issued till 03-12-2014 ?
Please advise.

Please advise with regards to statutory register.

04 December 2014 The practice followed so far was to issue the STICKERS to the share holders and ask them to affix it appropriately on their shre certificates.
