Sales and purchase of shares - speculative transactions

Dear all,
Please help me in understanding the consolidated statement regarding profit& Loss statement.

in the ledger account given by the client there are some transactions like Payin and payout and inter segment Adjustment, Margin Trf to main A/c.

what are the above terms, please guide me in understanding the same at the earliest

Transfer of shares in electronic form

sir, my father wants to transfer shares held by him in electronic form to my demat account. kindly guide me regarding the procedure to complete the above transaction. an application was made to respective broker but he denied the same. please tell me about the remedy in case of such rejection

Investment from abroad
