This query is : Resolved

09 June 2015 Dear Experts,

We are Private limited company. We are getting the investment(repatriable) from abroad.

Kindly let me know the procedure to claim the amount.

Thanks in Advance

10 June 2015 What do you mean by investment? Whether equity / loan or any other mode?

I am also unable to understand when you use the word claim? Is it an income / expense which you want to claim?

Pl clarify on above as there are different regulations for different type of investment. Thanks

10 June 2015 Sir,

We are receiving it as loan.

I want to know as to what are the documents to be submitted to the bank with regard to this

10 June 2015 you need to refer to ECB (External commercial borrowing) regulations.

Subject to allowability under the said regualtion, you will have to file Form 83, and monthly return in form ecb-2.

Pl note that these are stringent regulations.
