is there any change in duration of ca course from august 2015

dear members I just want to know whether I can pursue cs along with ca after clearing ipcc, what is the procedure for doing so, and if I am eligible for any exemption in cs ? Please tell me.

The form for secondment of articles have to be submitted within 30 days of opting secondment...but i failed to do so..can u please let me know the consequences now and procedure(if any) for submitting such form after due period of 30 days

I am working in a government undertaking PSU bank for the last three years. Two months ago I have been charge shetted for violating banks lending policy and negligence of duty. The final verdict cut down my two increments.
Now I want to leave my job and resign. I want to start my own business.
Just want to know if I go for incorporating a Pvt Ltd company , can I be appointed as a full time director of the company since I have been chargeshetted in my previous job??
If not then what are my options??

I got membership on Feb 2015.Now I am working in a CA form. Now I want to take COP . Is it Possible? Annual membership fee is not yet paid. What i do whether first I renew membership and apply for COP ? or first apply for COP and then renew membership?
