Secondment of articles

The form for secondment of articles have to be submitted within 30 days of opting secondment...but i failed to do so..can u please let me know the consequences now and procedure(if any) for submitting such form after due period of 30 days

Send a letter of condonation for delay one from you and from your principal.
Fine is also applicable for regularizing it as follows--
If the delay is 30days- 6 months- Fine is Rs. 300/- as DD. (>6months= Rs.1.000/-.)
