Suppose there is practising CA Firm named AB & Co .Two partners are there" A" &" B "& one Charted Accountant Name" C" "C" is not the partner he is doing the job in the firm of AB & Co but holding COP Mr A Decided to Ragister An Artical Named"D" Under The C is it Valid Ragistration of Articalship

20 July 2015 If C is holding certificate of practice, he is very much entitled to train the articled clerk. You need to check the status of his COP....full time practice or Part time practice...accordingly his vacancy will change....But in either case, C is entitled to train the articled clerks.
