I am Krishna Phani M.Com,MBA ( Fin ), working as Executive Officer ( Accounts & Finance ) since 8 years.

I would like to set up my own firm. Hence i want to know what exactly is the procedure to get registered as an Income Tax & sales Tax Practitioner.

I have read many threads regarding but couldn't find a suitable answer. Everywhere only IT Acts have been copied and pasted. Please let me know in few simple steps to follow.

dear sir I am completed bcom and CA inter I drop CA continued ,now I am planning start accounting and tax consultant office,for that can I take any licence

i have tried a lot but unable to get good job in industry.....presently getting a salary of rs.33000 per month (from april to october it was 29000 per month) and allowance and yearly bonus comprises of Rs.109060 so total ctc comes to Rs.480000 approximately.

I have post qualification experience of 5 years....inspite of several efforts unable to grab good opportunity.

Dear all

I joined Tata steel in the month of july 15 wherein they offered me posting n Jamshedpur. But after joining in jamshedpur, i was transferred to Sukinda mines in orissa in the payroll dept. I was unhappy with the location & job profile. Recently i got an offer from Essar Steel in Hazira, Surat in the secondary sales division, where i will be reporting to CFO of that division.

What should I do??

Sir i am already 28 till date, doing ca (final)and cs(final,only one module remaining),want to join firm,had just given mi 5th attempt of ca nt sure abt mi result,ie will it be positive or negative.
So i wanna to know
1)Shall i join ca firm without waitin for mi result,seeing mi age, as time is running
2)if i join any firm shall i join as ca aspirant or cs aspirant as only one module is remaining in cs and both grup in ca.

Plz suggest me as i am in utter confusion nd not getting any gud direction

Hi there, I am an MBA finance working in a consulting and advisory firm in US tax , I have completed CPT and articleship and failed 2 times in IPCC , I gave up then.

I was considering a professional qualification now. So I am confused on whether I should re-start CA again and attempt ipcc or directly start preparing for cpa?
