23 November 2015 dear sir I am completed bcom and CA inter I drop CA continued ,now I am planning start accounting and tax consultant office,for that can I take any licence

24 November 2015 Unless your gross income exceeds Rs.9 lakhs per annum, Service tax registration is not necessary.For attending Income tax authorities under vakalath like for scrutiny etc., if you have not completed CA, you have to get registered with Commissioner of the concerned area as an Authorized Representative with B.Com qualification. For other matters no separate license is required. You can start right now.
