I joined Tata steel in the month of july 15 wherein they offered me posting n Jamshedpur. But after joining in jamshedpur, i was transferred to Sukinda mines in orissa in the payroll dept. I was unhappy with the location & job profile. Recently i got an offer from Essar Steel in Hazira, Surat in the secondary sales division, where i will be reporting to CFO of that division.

What should I do??

23 November 2015 Thank you sir for your reply. But the confusion is that everybody is saying that the tata is a much more bigger & stable company as compared to essar. Secondly, in the company all the colluages including my seniors are saying that profile or location will change in due course of time, as i have already tried to put down my paper.
