24 November 2015 Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am Krishna Phani M.Com,MBA ( Fin ), working as Executive Officer ( Accounts & Finance ) since 8 years.

I would like to set up my own firm. Hence i want to know what exactly is the procedure to get registered as an Income Tax & sales Tax Practitioner.

I have read many threads regarding but couldn't find a suitable answer. Everywhere only IT Acts have been copied and pasted. Please let me know in few simple steps to follow.

24 November 2015 APPLY IN FORM No. 39 with commissioner of Income tax with your B.com degree for registration as income tax practitioner. Similarly apply to sales tax authorities in such prescribed form.
