I want to know, whether C.A is entitled to enter the field of judiciary, I mean can he become a JUDGE in INCOME TAX TRIBUNAL.

I came to KNOW from "Anonymous Source that C.A. can Appear Fof PCS(J) Exam of States, But I have DOubt on it.

sir i am sanjay just now have completed my C.A course which starts on 2001.now i have my b.com degree & c.a certificate,please tell me how should i must start from here.rite now i hav an offer from HCL(NOIDA) with a yearly package of 4,80,000 + perks on my performance i m joining from jan.7.but i hav heard that while in practicing you can earn more.but how will i make my team,office & most importantly my clients
please help me out because i want to do my practise,i m ready to work 24*7,but how cud i get my clients.plez reply my query soon.

if i go to join the articleship and firm ask to me either u want to join audit field or taxation field,
then what should i join, which is beneficial in my career

I am working in Accounts stream from past about Ten years with having qualification of B.Com., Iwant to get a professional degree also for better future. As It's well known to everybody that how much time can be spared with a job. Should I go for MBA thru distance learing or CFA please advise me for better prospects which course will be better.

Hi,

I hav just given a CA fnl Gr-II in NOV Gr -I is already cleared. I received one offer from a good CA firm having 2 FCA, that if i joined them now they r ready 2 admit me as a partner in 2 yrs. Meanwhile i m employing there as an employee.
Whether i should go for that? if yes what type of precautions i hav 2 take? Can i get offer in writing?
